SageNet Appoints Monica Didier as Chief People Officer, People Operations.

TULSA, Okla., May 1, 2026 — SageNet, a leader in managed network services and digital signage solutions for distributed enterprises, has announced the appointment of Monica Didier as Chief People Officer, People Operations. Starting her role at the beginning of the year, Didier leads SageNet’s people strategy across talent, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, total rewards, and culture, advancing the company’s commitment to Trusted Connections & Engaged Experiences for both customers and employees.

Didier brings 16 years of executive People & Culture leadership across labor market analytics, data software/HR tech, global staffing and outsourcing, IT services/consulting, telecom, and aerospace & defense. She has lived and worked in Italy, Germany, and the UK, and holds three degrees and multiple HR certifications, including SPHR.

Most recently, Didier served as Founder & Principal of The Bridge Forward Group, advising high-growth organizations on M&A people due diligence, leadership capability building, and compensation architecture. Her recent work includes designing an AI-enabled leadership development framework for a pre-IPO SaaS company; building a comprehensive compensation and rewards program that improved talent retention by 20%; and implementing global strategic talent review processes to scale high-potential development.

Prior executive roles include leading global HR business partners and talent development at a learning technology company, elevating engagement scores and launching a refreshed global L&D roadmap. She was also instrumental in standing up the first global People function during a private-equity merger at a labor market analytics firm, where she reduced external vendor reliance by $1.2M and strengthened collaboration across previously disengaged teams.
