SageNet and Presto to Showcase Connected Drive-Thru AI Solution at the 2026 National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago.

The co-branded solution brings together AI voice ordering, POS connectivity, and real-time operational visibility to help restaurants improve speed, accuracy, and guest experiences.

TULSA, Okla. and SAN CARLOS, Calif., May 8, 2026 — SageNet, a leader in managed services for always-on connectivity and digital experiences, and Presto, the leading provider of drive-thru Voice AI for the quick-service restaurant industry, today announced a co-branded restaurant technology solution designed to connect AI-powered ordering with the systems and infrastructure that make seamless guest experiences possible.

The joint solution brings together Presto Voice™ with SageNet’s SageView Digital Experience services, helping restaurant brands connect drive-thru AI ordering to their point-of-sale systems, digital content, and day-to-day site operations.

SageNet and Presto will showcase the solution at the 2026 National Restaurant Association Show, taking place May 16–19, 2026, at McCormick Place in Chicago. Visitors can learn more at Booth 5667.

Presto Voice is recognized as the industry-leading Voice AI product that automates drive-thru order-taking, alleviates staff from excessive multitasking, increases revenue with consistent upselling, and optimizes the guest experience. Presto’s Menu Unification feature significantly elevates Presto Voice by providing the best upsell opportunities in Voice AI for the drive-thru, unlocking benefits and customization opportunities driven by data insights previously unavailable to QSR operators.

SageNet provides the managed foundation that helps make those interactions operationally possible at scale. As a single, accountable partner, SageNet connects AI voice ordering, POS systems, dynamic menu boards, and always-on connectivity into one managed ecosystem. With SageVision, SageNet’s real-time visibility layer, restaurant operators gain insight into network health, screen status, and site performance across distributed environments.

Together, the companies are addressing a growing operational need in restaurants: not just adding AI at the order point, but tying AI into the broader customer interaction stack. That includes connectivity between the drive-thru lane and the POS system, visibility into what the guest is ordering, the ability to support dynamic menu and promotional changes in real time, and the operational awareness to respond quickly when issues affect ordering, screens, or site performance.

“Drive-thru ordering is only as effective as the infrastructure, integration, and visibility behind it,” said David Cai, Chief Technology Officer at SageNet. “SageNet serves as the thread that ties together the AI voice experience, the POS system, and real-time customer interactions. By connecting those systems through managed infrastructure and operational visibility, we help QSR brands move faster, respond in real time, and deliver more consistent guest experiences.”

“Restaurants need more than a Voice AI point solution. They need a solution that works in the reality of live operations,” said Krishna Gupta, CEO of Presto. “Presto brings proven drive-thru Voice AI, and SageNet helps connect that innovation to the systems, screens, and site performance layers that matter in every transaction.”

Presto has emphasized that Voice AI adoption in QSR is increasingly tied to productivity, faster service, more accurate order-taking, and stronger upsell performance. In its April 2025 QSR productivity article, Presto argued that restaurants are investing in technologies that reduce wait times and improve efficiency, describing Voice AI as a labor-supporting tool that shortens delays and improves accuracy.

At the show, SageNet and Presto will demonstrate how restaurant brands can move beyond standalone AI pilots and toward a connected operating model in which Voice AI, POS integration, dynamic menu execution, and real-time visibility work together as a single, coordinated experience.
