SageNet Appoints Tamara Jones as Director of Retail Solutions & Partnerships

SageNet, a leading managed services provider connecting, managing, and protecting technologies across distributed enterprises, today announced the appointment of Tamara Jones as Director of Retail Solutions & Partnerships, effective June 1, 2026.

Jones brings more than 25 years of experience leading enterprise retail technology transformation for nationally recognized brands. Known for turning complex retail initiatives into scalable operational programs, she brings deep expertise in digital signage, interactive in-store experiences, analytics enablement, and retail infrastructure modernization across large, distributed retail environments.

In her new role, Jones will help expand SageNet’s retail solutions strategy and strengthen partnerships that enable enterprise retailers to modernize in-store experiences while improving operational efficiency, technology performance, and scalability.

Jones joins SageNet with extensive experience leading retail technology initiatives at T-Mobile, where she played a key role in advancing customer-facing retail technology strategies and large-scale deployments designed to elevate store experiences while balancing operational readiness, governance, and field execution. Her ability to bridge customer experience, marketing, IT, and operations has made her a trusted leader in delivering enterprise-scale retail transformations.
