Raffle Terms & Conditions
Official Rules
- No purchase necessary to enter or win.
- Eligibility – This MURTEC 2024 Helmet Raffle (“Raffle”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Raffle is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
- Sponsorship – The Raffle’s sponsor is SageNet LLC (“SageNet”), located at 10205 E. 61st Street, Tulsa, OK 74133. SageNet and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees, and any entity involving in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Raffle, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. SageNet will conduct the Raffle substantially as described in these Official Rules.
- Entry Period. The Raffle begins on 2/15/24 at 12:00AM and ends on 3/13/24 at 4:59PM (the “Entry Period”).
- How to Enter. During the Entry Period, you can either fill out the form on our official entry page, or enter in person at MURTEC 2024 at Booth #501, or be automatically entered when you schedule a meeting with SageNet at MURTEC 2024. You will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, company name, phone number, and email address. (NOTE: you must complete all required fields of the entry form with information that is valid on the date of the drawing to be eligible). All entries become the property of SageNet and none will be acknowledged or returned.
- Limitations on Entry. Limit one entry per person per email address. No third party entry is permitted.
- Prize. The prize will be one (1) prize, an authentic autographed Dale Earnhardt Jr. racing helmet with an estimated retail value of $749.99. Winner is responsible for federal, state and local taxes, if applicable. The prize is “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.
- Drawing. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period taking place on or about 5pm on 3/13 at MURTEC 2024 Booth #501. The drawing will be conducted by SageNet, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Raffle and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. SageNet reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to aware a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Raffle, or obtained winner status by fraudulent means. Winner will be notified in-person or by phone or email. Inability of SageNet to contact winner may result in an alternate winner being selected at SageNet’s discretion.
- Odds. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements.
- General Terms. By entering this Raffle, you promise to abide by all the Official Rules and decisions of SageNet, which will be final and binding in all respects. SageNet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. SageNet will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Raffle. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SAGENET, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM ANY AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE RAFFLE.
