Unified Commerce Is the Only Way to Satisfy Today’s Consumers

It looks like this year’s holiday season will be merry for retailers. The National Retail Federation (NRF) expects November and December sales to increase 3.6 percent in 2016, which would be quite a jump from the 10-year average of 2.5 percent. This prediction is in line with holiday shopping forecasts from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), which projects a sales increase of 3.3 percent in its annual Holiday Shopping Intentions Survey.
