Go Big or Go Home: The Rise of the Video Wall in Retail

Despite the rapid increase in online sales, the in-store retail experience is as relevant as ever.  According to TimeTrade’s 2015 State of Retail report, 85 percent of consumers said they prefer to shop in brick-and-mortar stores because they like to touch and feel products before purchasing. Instant gratification also plays a role — 36 percent of consumers said they don’t like waiting for items to ship from an online store. These preferences cut across generational boundaries — Millennials are as likely as prior generations to shop in stores.
