Mazzio's
This Italian restaurant chain known for its quick service was being
challenged with an increase in customers and needed to reduce the
time it took to verify credit card transactions. They came to SageNet
seeking a solution. As a test, they installed a new system in three
high volume restaurants. The new terminals performed flawlessly with
only two help desk calls in four months. Response times on verification
went from 20 to 30 seconds down to three. Within a year, Mazzio’s
decided on a complete rollout to its 46 company-owned restaurants.
