SageNet was proud to work with Panduit Advisory Services to complete the successful installation of Hertz Corporation’s upgraded data centers in Oklahoma City.
As a Panduit Certified Installer, SageNet’s Oklahoma City team played a primary role in the upgrade, including distribution management and implementation of the network cabling infrastructure for Hertz’s “future-proof” data centers. The IP-based network will significantly improve IT functionality and capacity, and also offers the ability to IP-enable building functions.

TULSA, Okla., February 1, 2012 – SageNet, a leading provider of network managed services, announced today that Mike Henry has joined the company as Vice President of Operations.
In his new position, Henry is responsible for overall management of SageNet’s internal IT systems, processes and logistics. He also will play a leadership role in developing a strategic roadmap for transforming and scaling the company’s systems environment in order to accommodate SageNet’s continued growth in employees and customers.

Henry is an IT veteran recognized as a strategic business leader. He is the founder of Lead Change Group, a 1,300-member online leadership development community. Prior to joining SageNet, he held executive and senior management positions at ChoicePay, Inc., AFN Communications and Williams Communications Group. Henry earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Memphis.

TULSA, Okla., January 24, 2012 – SageNet, a leading provider of network managed services for multi-site retail businesses, announced today that it has acquired network solutions company Redlight Communications.
Redlight Communications, based in Macon, Ga., specializes in the design, configuration and installation of wide area networks (WANs) for the convenience store and petroleum industry. In the transaction, SageNet has acquired Redlight’s customer base, revenues and employees, to include company founder and chief executive Don Bumgardner, who will transition to SageNet as a vice president.
SageNet President Daryl Woodard said, “Redlight is a perfect strategic fit for SageNet. The c-store/petroleum market represents a tremendous growth opportunity, and I am confident that adding Don’s leadership and extensive industry knowledge will enable us to continue growing our share of the multi-site retail market.”
Don Bumgardner is a pioneer in network solutions for the c-store/petroleum industry. Bumgardner was the founder of FusionPoint (later acquired by Transaction Network Services), which in 1998 designed and installed the first WAN at a convenience store.
“I am delighted to join the SageNet team,” Bumgardner said. “SageNet is a growing company that I have had my eye on for some time. Together, our combined resources, customer base and leadership will give us a distinct competitive edge in the c-store/petroleum marketplace.”
